Hooligans at Sketch Fest A Brampton-based improv/sketch troupe-- with three Georgetown members-- will take part in the seventh annual Toronto Sketch Fest Comedy Festival next week. The Hooligans, a nine-member teen troupe, earned entrance into the Festival by being crowned champion of comedy at the fourth annual "Sketch-Com-Aggedon" earlier this year.
