Mayor to read e-book at Kumon Open House Christmas on the Credit returns on Saturday, Dec. 3 The Georgetown South Kumon Centre at the Salvation Army Church (271 Mountainview Road South) will host a Christmas open house and storytime with Mayor Rick Bonnette Saturday, Dec. 3 from 2-5 p.m. From 2:30-3:30 p.m. Bonnette will read from his children's book, The Incredible Adventures of Goon Sharoon, and hold a question and answer session. Others are looking for a half point cut by April or June. Even if they are wrong, the message sounds like interest rates will remain unusually low for a very long time.
