Firefighters quickly doused the blaze, but not before having to use saws to cut open the building's steel exterior to gain access to the fire. Photo by Graham Paine/Metroland Media Group Shed blaze causes $150,000 damage Approximately $150,000 damage was caused by a fire in a shed/garage on 15 Sideroad Monday afternoon. Firefighters were called out to the blaze about 12:25 p.m. by a passerby who noticed smoke coming from the building. When firefighters arrived smoke was escaping from the eaves of a large wood veneer shed. Crews encountered heavy smoke when they entered the building and quickly brought the fire under control. The fire was contained within the building damaging a tractor, SUV and interior wall and ceiling. At the height of the blaze, there were 16 firefighters and five fire trucks on scene. No one was injured, and livestock in the adjacent barn was not in danger from the fire. The owner of the property was away at the time. Cause of the fire is an electrical failure of the tractor block heater. 3. Balance 4. Be in session 5. Black cat, maybe 6. Gum 7. Native of W African country whose capital is Dakar 8.
