Council is seeking volunteers from the Town of Halton Hills to serve on a Committee that will meet as needed (4 to 5 times) throughout the Study process (April 2012-June 2013). The overall intent of the Hamlet of Norval Secondary Plan Review is to review and update the land use designations and policies in the Hamlet of Norval Secondary Plan. The current Hamlet of Norval Secondary Plan was adopted by Council in 2001 and approved by the Region of Halton in 2003. The role of the Steering Committee is to: 1. Provide comments during the study process; 2. Assist with issue identification and resolution; 3. Liaise with key community stakeholders to ensure study awareness; and, 4.
