Bell Mobility Inc. has plans to put a 40-metre (131-ft.) telecommunications tower on the south side of the property located at 9674 Winston Churchill Blvd. The company has entered into a lease agreement with Sheridan Nurseries for the tower, which will be finalized if it's approved by Industry Canada. "In order to improve network performance, Bell is seeking to add a telecommunications facility comprising of a tower and associated equipment shelter in the Halton Hills area," said Omar Lababidi, of Standard Land Company, in an information package about the tower to the Town of Halton Hills. Standard Land Company is representing Bell Mobility in the land use consultation for the tower. The stuffed fish has been seen doing various activities, from mowing the lawn, to snoozing in a hammock, even wind surfing. Photo by Ted Brown Nemo finds his way to Halton Hills for exciting adventures By TED BROWN Staff Writer He's been seen mowing the lawn. He's been seen wind surfing. Geez, he's even played soccer during the 2012 Euro soccer series. In fact, he's been seen doing more things than most celebrity fish are prone to do. And he's Nemo of G-Town! The `official' story is that he left his cozy digs at 42 Wallaby Way in Sydney, Australia, and followed Steven Treviranus to his home on 10 Sideroad, Halton Hills when Steven returned from a trip `Down Under.' But rumour has it, in the annals of the Treviranus family history, that one family member, who adamantly remains nameless, found him on the side of the road in the winter, brought him home, stuck him in a tree outside the house and the rest is historywell `sort' of history. CELEBRATE For a time, Nemo accompanied Steven to countless adventures. Steven had an affinity for placing stuffed animals on the roof of his car (or at times, under the hood where a `jack-o-lope' was found protruding for some time.)
