Printed text reads: "Remembrance and Greeting from the Dear Homeland".
Written inside the first page is "From H. Sykes" and the printed text inside reads: "Can word of mine thy pathway cheer or make thy world the brighter, or loving tender thoughts cheer thee and make thy heart the lighter? If it be so dear friend of mine pray take them all, for they are thine."
Next page reads: "Best Wishes for Christmas. Now while old Christmas fills his part, Let joy and gladness glow, Let Summer reign within thy heart, despite the Winter's snow."
