They are petite, have sleek short hair and are about four months old. Pop Tart (more black) is a sweet qui- et cat, content to sit in laps and receive attention. She has a lower energy level and is often by herself when there is too much commotion but she is still a kitten and enjoys chasing toys and playing. She would be a good companion to an older cat/dog or as an only cat in a quiet house- hold. Pop Tart can be seen at our new show location: Pet Valu, 369 Mountain- view Rd South during store hours. Popcorn lives up to her name and pops up everywhere! She is all energy and zoom. She loves to stop by for some quick pets, check out what people are do- ing then heads off looking for more ac- tion. When she is tired then it's cuddle time. Popcorn needs an active household or other young pets to keep her happy. Adoption fee of $160 includes: spay/ neuter, fi rst vaccinations, parasite treat- ment, microchip and a bag of food. POP TART POPCORN By BARB JOHNSON North Halton Kitten Rescue The Pop sisters are a lively duo Clifford has creative intelligence Clifford is a handsome boy of mixed origin. The Shelter from whence he came said he was a Husky/GSD; he has also been named a hound. Whatever his genes are, Clifford is absolutely stunning to look at. He is a big strong boy, approxi- mately two years old, 70 lbs.. but thin un- der his thick lush coat. Clifford is housebroken, not destruc- tive, fi ne with other dogs and can toler- ate cats. Clifford would thrive with more attention as he loves to be outside in the shade and be brushed by someone where he is so blissful and relaxed. Clifford is deemed by staff to be a good boy, willing to please, full of energy, knows his commands, jumpy but will respond to sit from someone he knows. Walking is be- ing practised and is most successful when Clifford wears his head halter. Gentle cor- rection is seeing progress in this regard. Clifford is in love with people who are the company he craves and he has not shown any aggression in any situation. He is inventive, almost clownish, when he is happy and relaxed and makes every- one laugh tearing around the yard with a bucket in his mouth-- such fun! Clifford will invent a game with anything he can fi nd and after letting off steam dashing about brings it to share with you show- ing his innate sweet nature. An adult family or one with teenag- ers 16+ would be best for Clifford. If you feel you are a match for Clifford, call the Shelter, 519-833-2287 or email adop- tions@uppercredit.com to meet him. By JUDITH-ANNE KOLU Upper Credit Humane Society volunteer CLIFFORD Reminder: Eve is still waiting for a family Eve, approximately 3-4 years old, is a beautiful grey tabby with pure white chest and very cute white socks. Eve loves to have her head rubbed, and her very favourite thing is to fi nd a place by a window. She is laid back, curious and affec- tionate but would prefer a quiet home. If interested, contact the Shelter, 519-833-2287 or adoptions@uppercredit.com
