GIGANTIC SALE EVENT ©Tim Hortons, 2010 Tim Hortons Smile Cookies are coming to Georgetown on September 23. The entire proceeds from each delicious chocolate chunk Smile Cookie will be donated to Stay Home and Play in Halton Hills Campaign. To find out more visit timhortons.com Local resident Fernanda Lazzaro will once again be providing lip balm for the stars, as her balm called FITLIPS will be distributed at the 65th Annual Emmy Awards, September 16. The lip balm has already touched the lips of celebrities in Tinsel Town, as her product was also distributed during the Academy Awards. The balm tubes are made of paper, not plastic, since Lazzaro feels strongly about protect- ing the environment and not contributing to land fill sites. The tubes are hand-made in the US, and are biodegradable, so they can be discarded in the home compost. Locally, Lazzoro's FITLIPS are avail- able at Adamson Spa in Norval, and Salon Estilo on Main Street, Georgetown.
