Winter Coat Drive: Gardiner Public School will be accepting clean and gently used winter coats to give to families in Halton who need them. This coat drive will be running until Dec. 13th. There are 28,000 people living in Halton who are in financial distress and may need a warm coat during this harsh Canadian winter. Please help - drop off your winter coats at the school, 14365 Danby Road during school hours, 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Note: only winter coats can be accepted at this time. Food drive: Halton Hills Cultural Centre & Library, 9 Church Street will be accepting non- perishable food items on behalf of the George- town Bread Basket.
