Halton Hills Hydro: "Crews work- ing to restore, but heavy ice build-up on trees and lines." Halton Hills Mayor Rick Bon- nette: "Halton Hills Hydro is doing everything to restore power but the weather is not co-operating. Too many trees are broken." Councillor Jane Fogal: "Power still off and no wonder. Dawn shows devastation of trees. And the eerie sound of huge icy limbs crashing con- tinues every few minutes."
