Donors chose the amount they wanted to donate and their names were displayed in the store windows in the shape of leaves and birds. Isabel Doyle of Dartmouth Nova Scotia was pretty excited when she landed in town December 5, look- ing forward to not only spending Christmas with her daughter, but also attending granddaughter Lindsay Norris' wedding on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, Isabel was admitted to Georgetown Hospital Christ- mas Eve, and was still in the hospital the day Lind- say was going to walk down the aisle and exchange vows with her fi ancé Michael Houghton. Since Isa- bel couldn't attend the wedding, Lindsay decided to bring the wedding to her, sort of, dropping by to show off her dress to her grandmother as she was on route to the church.
