The Town's ac- tion plan includes a combination of innoculating Town-owned trees and cutting down infected ones. The budget also includes $86,000 to cover the costs of the $800,000 Helson art collection. Alyman said the money represents the cost of housing the collection in the new Helson Art Gallery at the renovated Cultural Centre and Library. It includes insurance, security, promo- tion and a part-time curator. The budget still needs to be approved by council at its meeting on Monday.
