The display was scheduled to light up the park until Jan. 3 Gerry Kentner, chair of Light Up The Hills, said in a press release is- sued on Christmas Eve, "We have been battling difficulties with our larger displays and the Guelph St. area all month (weather has been too wet). Now this storm of 2013 has caused extensive damage to our wiring runs. Trees have fallen and broken extension cords and light strings are broken creating a poten- tial hazard to park users," she said.
