I was a graduate 🎓 of Robert Little School in 1967. Today (Nov. 22), was the 58th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. I can still remember hearing the announcement on the loud speaker 🔊 by our then principal, Mr. G. MacKenzie. My teacher, Mrs. Byerman, was overwhelmed by the announcement and I can still remember the tears flowing 😢 down her face after hearing the news. I was just 10 years old and was in grade 5. I'll never forget that day in time and how sad it was to see my teacher cry upon hearing the tragic news. I will always remember where I was when the President of the United States 🇺🇸 had been assassinated.
P.S. I currently live in Alberta and according to our local time, it's still Nov. 22. We are 2 hours behind Ontario's time.
