Thursday, April 17, 2014 The Independent & Free Press Special pullout section 8 Pages EARTH WEEK 2014 This coming Tuesday (April 22) will mark the 44th Earth Day and the Town of Halton Hills has a number of activities planned for the week, including the Earth Day & Sustainability Fair on Saturday, April 26 at the Robert C. Austin Operations Centre on Trafalgar Rd. Also planned for next week are the 22-Minute Makeover (April 22), in which businesses and schools pick up litter around their properties, and the Community Wide Clean-Up Day on April 26. Sheridan Nurseries has been long-standing participants in the Commu- nity Clean-up. They clean the surrounding ditches and roadways along their property in Glen Williams.
