Two minutes is the maximum length, and videos must be posted on YouTube or another on- line service. They can be any combination of video, still photos, illustra- tions, text, talk or music, which could be assembled with free on-line software. Kids must have parental permission. Prizes with a value of at least $100 are of- fered for videos in three categories. The first is Community, showing the mutual support that enhances our quality of life.
