Team(s) of the Week: Bantam Hawks Having reached the three-quarter mark of the Ontario Jr. B Lacrosse League's regular season, the Halton Hills Bulldogs have a few things left to sort out over the remaining five games. The 11-4 Bulldogs have won nine of their past 10 starts after defeating the Kahnawake Hunters 16-4 Saturday and the Akwesasne Indians 11-7 Sunday, both played on the Alcott Arena floor. Adam Charalambides had two goals and six assists and Lewis White chipped in two goals and five assists, with brother Owen White picking up a hat trick and three helpers on the day. Cory Highfield (3G, 2A) and Kyle Moore also scored. On Saturday, Charalambides tallied five times. Matt Hodgins (2), Josh Oliver (2), Lewis White (2), Owen White, Theo Dol and Jayson Crawford also found net. Next up is a home date with 6-10-1 Markham Saturday at 7:30 p.m. The Bulldogs played in Newmarket on Wednesday evening. The playoff picture remains unclear to the 'Dogs as they're currently seeded fourth in the OJBLL's East Conference, tied with 11-4 Oakville. Neither team faces an opponent with a better-than-.500 record in their remaining contests. Bulldogs start up another streak SO LD ! 1. Go to autocatch.com 2. Choose the perfect vehicle 3.
