He is the son of Doug and Vicki Richardson of Georgetown. As an intern, Richardson will spend 12 weeks working for AGRIS Co-operative Ltd. He will complete a special project co-ordinated through the company. Richardson and 53 other interns will meet in August at Growmark headquar- ters in Bloomington, Ill. to discuss their experiences and present a summary of their projects. "Our internship program provides stu- dents hands-on experience in their field of study," said Ashley McClintock, Grow- mark university relations manager. "We hope it also provides them an opportu- nity to clarify their future career goals." Bridging the Gap (BTG) is a voluntary program funded by the Region of Halton, serving Halton's homeless youth. It provides outreach services for Halton's homeless youth. It is an excel- lent resource for youth, ages 16-24, who are in need of help to learn about housing, financial assistance, food and hygiene supplies, education and work options.
