The event was hosted by the new owners, Victor and Maria Alksnis, and was attended by Mayor Rick Bonnette, local Councillors, and rep- resentatives of the Acton Business Improvement Association. The Fresh & Clean Acton Laundromat recently re-opened after extensive renovations. As the name suggests, the laundromat is clean, bright and well-kept. There are 18 washers starting with the value- priced top-loaders right up to the 'Seniors' and 'Giant' that can handle comforters, blankets, and other very large loads. There is even a washer dedicated to horse blankets. The laundromat also offers free Wi-Fi for the patrons while they are doing their laundry. Drop by the laundromat or check their website for details www.ActonLaundromat.com. Attending the Grand Opening of the Fresh & Clean Acton Laundromat are from left, Councillor Clark Somerville, Acton BIA Manager Josey Bonnette, Fresh & Clean owners Maria and Victor Alksnis, Mayor Rick Bonnette, Councillors Mike O'Leary and Jon Hurst and Acton BIA Chair Dr. Dana Selby.
