In Acton, organized by Acton Fire Fight- ers Association, the parade starts at 1 p.m. at McKenzie-Smith Bennett School and winds through downtown Acton. This year's theme is A Teddy Bear Christ- mas. It starts on Guelph St. by the Market Place mall, to Mill St. and ends at the Fairgrounds. The Georgetown Lions are looking for volunteers on parade day to help keep spectators and parade participants safe. The amount of time required is about three hours.
