PLEASE BE AWARE OF SALES PRACTICES Get into the spirit of the season, and take a look in- side six beautiful homes, all tastefully decorated for Christmas. The United Way of Halton Hills' An- nual Holiday House Tour, will take place on Satur- day, Nov. 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Your ticket allows you to view six fabulous homes in Halton Hills, all decked out for Christmas. This year's homes are located in Georgetown and the outskirts of Glen Williams. All six homes are stunning and each one is unique. With Christmas approaching, the homeowners invite you to visit their houses and leave with great decorating ideas. As well as touring the homes, your ticket also en- titles you to enjoy a light lunch (between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.) at Knox Presbyterian Church in Downtown Georgetown, where there will be some vendor tables for guests to purchase some early Christmas gifts. Tickets are now on sale for this popular event and can be purchased for a cost of $30 per person. All proceeds from the tour go towards the United Way of Halton Hills' 2014 Campaign Goal of $400,000. See UNITED WAY, pg. 31 Holiday House Tour set for Nov. 22 This is a photo of one of the homes on this year's tour. The original home was built in 1872. It was formerly owned and built by James Kennedy (grandson of Charles Kennedy - one of the founding fathers of Georgetown).
