Georgetown Kiwanis Club is holding Harvest- fest, a wine tasting with cheese pairing (with cheese from The Mill Street Cheese Market), dinner and dance at the Gellert Centre on Friday, Nov. 21. There will be a roast beef buffet dinner and a silent auction with lots of great ideas for Christmas. This year, Kiwanis is rais- ing funds for the Georgetown Hospital, to help meet the club's promise of a $70,000 total donation. Kiwanis will also donate part of the pro- ceeds of Harvestfest to Globe Productions, to assist in The Old Armoury project. Kiwan- is supports 15 various proj- ects in our town.
