The winning team of Skip Fran Wilson, Siena Anck- er, Helen Elder and Hank Walsma won first prize ribbons along with $10 vouchers donated by Tim Hortons. On Dec. 2, 30 people enjoyed the Welcome Christmas concert featuring singer Brenda Lewis. She sang festive tunes and favourites from years gone by. It was sponsored by Halton Hills Public Library and made possible through a grant from New Horizons. Lunch on Friday, Dec. 19 will be the annual Christmas Turkey lunch. Tickets will be limited. The cost will be $10. If you wish to join us for lunch please add your name to the appro- priate sheet and pay. I know this is early to let people know but the Centre will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
