The branch cooks the dinner to show their appreciation for all their hard work throughout the year. A spe- cial thank you to all of the gentlemen who cooked. The meal was beautiful. Thank you also to all of the servers, who brought the ladies their drinks and meal, and to the bar- tenders, who volunteered their time. Awards were handed out last evening for the Ladies Auxiliary. Congratulations to you all. Certificate of merits go to Judy Towns- ley, Gail Richardson, Carol Levy Power and Martha Couture.Next were 10-year pins to Flo Weatherby, Kim Young and Grace Graham. Thirty-year pins went to Stella Brunelle, Tracey Gordon and Teresa Uiter- wyk. A 40-year pin went to Anne Drysdale and a 65-year pin to Joyce Buchannan. A Life membership went to Helen Vanopstal and a Service award to Celine Clark. The Grumpies came on to entertain for the rest of the evening. Our Sunnybrook trip is on March 15, from 1-3 p.m. The bus will leave sharp at 12 noon. There is a signup sheet on the board. If you would like to go, please sign up. This is a great opportunity for members to mingle with our veterans and show appreci- ation for all they have done for us. We would like to see a good turnout from our branch. The membership chair wants to let you know it is past time to pay your dues. You can come in and pay them at the bar for your 2015 membership.
