One of North America's top Elvis tribute artists, Steve Michaels, is set to hit the stage at Knox Presbyterian Church in Acton for an intimate evening on Saturday, April 25. e concert, which is becoming a much- anticipated annual event, will include a mix of both Elvis' rock and gospel hits, bringing the avour of his music from the '50s, '60s and '70s. Milton native Michaels-- better known locally as Stephen Kabakos-- has been per- forming as the King of Rock and Roll for al- most 20 years. Over the past two decades he's been recognized as one of the most au- thentic Elvis tribute artists around, earning him international awards, fame and praise. at global appeal is what led to a recent change in his stage name as many interna- tional fans struggled with the last name "Ka- bakos." While he may be performing with a slightly di erent moniker now, Michaels will undoubtedly deliver the same high-quality, memorable experience that local audiences have enjoyed for the past several years. e con- cert starts at 7 p.m. at Knox C h u rc h , located at 44 Main St. N., Acton. Tickets cost $40 each and are available to purchase by call- ing 519-853-2360, 519-853-0318 or 519-856- 9981. Refreshments will be served.
