Halton Regional Police laid alco- hol-related charges in two inci- dents over the weekend in Norval in front of Nashville North. On Friday at about 2:30 a.m., an officer pulled over a vehicle af- ter witnessing it driving erratically out of the popular establishment's parking lot. Charged with having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood is Sivandeep Buttar, 21, of Missis- sauga. Early Sunday morning, a vehi- cle was stopped on Guelph St. near Adamson St. for a Highway Traffic Act violation. An officer developed grounds to believe the driver had consumed alcohol and a roadside screening test was performed. Charged with having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood is Francisco Desousa-Toste, 50, of North York. ****** An Oakville woman is facing charges after Halton Police re- sponded to a vehicle in the ditch on Ten Sideroad shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday (June 25). Charged with having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood care and control and impaired driving care and control is Shelly Roman, 43. A Niagara-on-the-Lake man was charged with having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood after police stopped a vehicle on Trafalgar Rd. just after 10 p.m. Fri- day (June 26). Charged is Roderick MacDonald. Police lay alcohol-related charges in four separate incidents Halton Police are investigating a se- ries of commercial break and enters that occurred in the early Thursday morning on Mountainview Rd. N. in Georgetown. At approximately 3 a.m., uni- form officers responded to a report of a break-in at Uptown Collision at Mountainview and Todd Rd. A short time prior to this, an un- known suspect forced their way into the business looking for valuables.
