The study has been conducted in compliance with Schedule B of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (October 2000, amended 2007 & 2011), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act. The study was undertaken to determine the existing and future transportation needs along the proposed road connection and other nearby road infrastructure in order to accommodate anticipated growth in this area. A project file report has been prepared to document the study process, and the preferred alternative for the connection of Halton Hills Drive. By this Notice, the project file report is available for public review for a 30-day review period in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class EA.
