Irving-based Neovia Logis- tics recently invited Mayor Rick Bonnette to cut the ribbon of their new Halton Hills facility located at 8041 Fifth Line. The building, which cur- rently is the largest indus- trial property in Halton Hills at approximately 435,000 sq. ft., is being fully used for product distribution. It was constructed by First Gulf Developments for owner Sun Life is a state-of-the-art facility employing many en- ergy-efficient features. Neovia provides contract logistics services on six conti- nents, 25 countries, 117 cus- tomer locations and ships to over 190 countries. The com- pany has up to 150 employees in the Halton Hills facility.
