A sold-out crowd enjoys Taste of the Hills Two hundred people enjoyed the bounty of Halton Hills restaurants at the Chamber of Commerce's annual Taste of the Hills, held Tuesday night at The Club at North Halton. The event was sponsored by Saputo, Duf- ferin Aggregates and Accountants on Main. Scott Treadwell and Melanie Pearson of Boston Pizza offered a variety of tasty pizza options for every palate. Hank Visser looked forward to salad and pizza served by Samantha Cini and Alysha Paschal of Shoeless Joe's. Bino Dalli, owner of Carl's Catering, assisted Chef Mike Treadwell with the delicious prime rib on a bun, a very popular choice with attendees of the 2016 Taste of the Hills. Mayor Rick Bonnette couldn't resist the pulled pork offered by Michael Imrie of La Vita Fine Foods. Showing of his skills with a skillet was Chef Stewart Aylward of The Glen Tavern.
