On Jan. 15, during the Friday Mixed Social League, the team of (bottom photo, from left) Liz Leslie, Bruce Garvie and Jim Lindsay (with team member Michelle Garvie taking the picture) scored an eight-ender during their match. Then on Jan. 25, the Monday Men's League rink consisting of (top photo, from left) George Henderson, Rob Blackburn, Pat Osborne and Brad Frazer also counted eight points in one end. Henderson said he's asked around the club and can't find anyone who can recall an eight-ender taking place in more than 10 years. Submitted photos
