SHATTER: Shatter is a concentrate that some users say is the most powerful form of marijuana. Shatter is made through an extraction process that re- moves fats and lipids. It's transparent or pale yellow and users break it into chunks before smoking. THC: Tetrahydrocannabinol was first discovered in marijuana in 1964, and is known for its psychoactive effects, which makes you feel stoned.
