As of last week, the CAO of Halton Hills reported that the project is stalled while financial backers reconsider the feasibili- ty of the project. Currie says she hasn't heard from the developer, Silvercreek, since February of 2017 when they sent an email stating that construction was set to go ahead Storefronts along the Main Street connected to the McGibbon site remain boarded up.
