All About PETS ADOPTABLEPETSOFTHEWEEK... Mimi & Sanza, a darling duo Mimi and Sanzi are two sweet boys at the Upper Credit Humane Society awaiting a lov- ing home! Mimi and Sanzi are handsome, ma- ture 7-year-old cats who were surren- dered to the shelter after their owner unfortunately developed allergies. These two, who are already neutered and come with 30 days of pre-paid pet health insurance, are very sweet, and eagerly await a loving home again where their personalities can blos- som; they are quite confused as to why they are at the shelter and spend a lot of time tucked away in a corner where they feel safe, but welcome lots of pets and love. These dashing apricot-coloured sweethearts are bonded and so need to be adopted together, but they are sure to bring life and a whole lot of love to your home! Mimi and Sanzi love attention and will follow you from room to room to get it - these smart and savvy felines can even stand on their back legs and open a door to get to you! Come by the Upper Credit Humane Society to meet Mimi and Sanzi - they will be wonderful and loving additions to your family! Mimi&Sanza If you are looking for an affec- tionate, fun loving, dog-friendly cat, this is your boy. The family that initially took Buddy Boy in from the cold had friendly dogs and he took to them immediate- ly however when he was intro- duced to other cats in a NHKR foster home he was aggressive with them. Buddy Boy has the little boy big swagger and wants to be king. Dogs accept this attitude, other cats don't appreciate it. Buddy Boy would do well with ac- tive pre-teen children and adults. He is too lively and unpredictable for young children. Buddy Boy will be shy when first introduced to his new home but will quickly settle in when he receives attention from people. After energetic play time chasing bouncing balls, he enjoys cuddles and being carried to look out windows. He has shown no interest in going out- doors. Buddy Boy is clean with his lit- ter box and food area and uses his scratching post. But he will need a firm hand for nail trims as he protests and wiggles but allows it. Buddy Boy and Foxie will be avail- able for adoption this Sat. at Pet Valu 375 Mountainview Rd South from 2:00-4:00. The $160. cash adoption fee includes: vaccinations, parasite treatments, spaying, microchip and a bag of food.
