Renewed efforts to reach out to young people began a few years ago, and the concert format and mu- sic have changed so that there is a deliber- ate and increased appeal to younger audi- ences. Under the direction of Mina Kim, this 20-member male chorus, founded in 1949, is part of the Associated Male Choruses of Ontario and has travelled widely and earned an international reputation. As part of the 60th anniversary celebra- tions, St. Andrew's United Church is pleased to present The Queensmen in con- cert on Sunday, Oct. 21.
