Dr. Tam will be based at the Georgetown Hospital where he will see both male and female patients on a full-time basis. Dr. Tam completed his residency in Urology at the University of Toronto followed by a fellowship in Endourology and minimally invasive surgery and has spent the last four years working in a university teaching hospital managing all forms of complex urology cases. "We welcome Dr. Tam to our hospital and community! We are delighted to add another highly-trained and experienced physician to our Georgetown Hospital team, who will enhance the high-quality urology services available to our patients, closer to home," said Dr. Justin Busse, Associate Chief of Staff, Georgetown Hospital, Halton Healthcare. Georgetown Hospital enhances Urology Program Georgetown Hospital Volunteer Association raises the bar again The Georgetown Hospital Volunteer Association (GHVA) presented Halton Healthcare with a cheque for $70,000 at their 2018 Annual General Meeting. The GHVA keeps raising the bar with their fundraising efforts. "The GHVA's $70,000 cheque is once again their largest donation to the hospital to-date. This achievement is a testament to their spirit, commitment and generosity," said Cindy McDonell, Chief Operating Officer of Georgetown Hospital. "Thank you and congratulations!" The Association's Annual General Meeting also celebrated the accomplishments, commitment and support of the GHVA's volunteers over the past year, and honoured some individual volunteers for their continued service.Thank you for your generosity!
