HRPS are launching project 'Rural Impact,' tar- geting speeding on country roads in Milton and Halton Hills. Officers in the district will be focusing on speed- ing issues in the communi- ties during the month of November, targeting prob- lem areas outlined in speeding studies by both the Town of Milton and the Town of Halton Hills.
