- The Coated Paper Mills viewed across the railway tracks. This was the first all-concrete building in Georgetown, built by J. B. Mackenzie as the Georgetown Coated paper Mill in 1910. The Company, known as Domtar, ceased operation in 1977. The buildings still stand at 2 Rosetta Street.
