The Premier Gateway Phase 2B Study Area is located on the north side of Steeles Avenue, between Eighth Line andWinston Churchill Boulevard in Halton Hills. The Town is seeking volunteers who reside and/or own land in the Phase 2B Study Area to serve on a Committee that will meet as needed (6-7 times) throughout the Study process (September 2020 - December 2022). The overall intent of the project is to develop appropriate land use designations and policies for the Phase 2B Employment Area. Committee of Adjustment Premier Gateway Phase 2B Secondary PlanSteering Committee Halton Hills residents, particularly those in Georgetown, can expert road re- pairs to continue as planned over the next few months. JUST THE FACTS • The Town of Halton Hills' Pavement Management Program will upgrade a number of roads in Georgetown to ensure they are safe and in good condition. • Included in the 2020 Roads Program will be a bridge rehabilitation and im- provements to select intersections. • Construction will be co-ordinated with work performed by Halton Region to mini- mize the impact to residents. • Construction delays by factors such as weather will be communicated to resi- dents via hand-delivered notes from the Town. • Residents with concerns about dust, noise or other construction issues are asked to visit haltonhills.ca/roads for more information.
