JUST THE FACTS: • The cash infusion comes as part of Ontario's COVID-19 response that added $10 million to the Connecting Links pro- gram for municipal road and bridge re- pairs. • The Young Street portion of the pro- ject began in June and involves the re- placement of storm sewers and full recon- struction of the road.
