Individuals not on the designated visitor list at the screening desks, are not permitted to enter. For most patient units, the designated visitor will be allowed to visit once each day within one of these visiting times: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. or 4-7 p.m. Mental health inpa- tient visiting hours are 5-7 p.m. "In light of the new pro- vincial lockdown mea- sures announced by the government and to help limit the number of people in our hospitals, we have made the difficult decision to further reduce visiting for our patients," read a statement on the HH web- site. COVID-19 patients and those waiting for COVID-19 test results are not permit- ted visitors unless their medical status changes for the worse. Virtual visits are of- fered seven days a week be- tween 9 a.m.-9 p.m. To book a virtual visit, click here or call 905-338-4615. All visitors are required to enter through a desig- nated visitor entrance, go through a screening pro- cess, wear a mask at all times and remain in the pa- tient room for the duration of their visit.
