I have a friend who sends me lots of jokes, alerts and YouTube clips. Recently, he set me a clip of a patriotic song composed by 83-year- old Ellis Craig from Perth. The song is called "We are Canadian!" and I was so im- pressed I thought it would be nice to share it. I asked our webpage guru, Ryan Jen- kins, to post it on our web- site, which he promptly did as well as share it on our oth- er social media sites. If you have not seen it, check it out. I read a lot, especially crime fiction or police pro- cedural novels. Some of the books I read are by North American authors, but mostly British. That is where I get into trouble with spelling the word "curb" (if referring to roadside). The British spell it "kerb." But Lynda wants me to spell it the North American way.
