We were not expecting a lot of people to turn up but were pleasantly surprised to find so many people in attendance, especially at ie luncheon, where CO- VID protocols were even tighter. We missed having the Acton Citizen Band, though several individual members were able to join us, includ- Nou of playing the Last Post and Reveille. On Nov. ll, our Navy League and Cade were able to jon us, atts with a contingent from two schools who all reat ems. Once again, the gath- ering was larger than ex- cted. Our first crack at a DAVID MALONEY Column Christmas Bazaar on Nov. 13 was a huge success, as ‘we saw a steady flow of bar- gain hunters go through the main hall, and one lucky lady took home $880 from a 50/50 raffle. On Nov. 20, we offered a Christmas with Santa breakfast and teamed up with local IT "Titan Tek" to offer photos with Santa. i ided us with some COVID protocol challenges, but to produce aunique solution devised by the photographer, who de- livered pictures of the kids ina frame held by Santa.
