Coupon must be shown to redeem. $6 Value. q Notice of Adoption HALTON HILLS COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN Notice of Adoption of the Town of Halton Hills Community Improvement Plan pursuant to Section 17(23) of the Planning Act TAKE NOTICE that the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Halton Hills passed By-law No. 2022-0041 on the 13th day of June, 2022, to adopt the Town of Halton Hills Community Plan, in 1 with Sections 17 and 28 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended. The purpose and effect of the Town of Halton Hills Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a key economic development tool to encourage, accelerate and facilitate desirable revitalization and redevelopment that has clear public interest goals. The CIP contains modern and effective programs that are aligned with key strategies, goals and plans. Pursuant to Section 17(23.1) of the Planning Act, there were no public submissions with respect to the CIP. All public agency submissions received regarding the CIP, including those from Halton Region and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing were considered as part of the Town’s review process. The CIP is exempt from approval by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing. The decision of Council is final if a notice of appeal is not received on or before the last day for filing a notice of appeal. AND TAKE NOTICE any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) in respect of the By-law by filing with the Town Clerk, not later than the 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd Day of July, 2022 a Notice of Appeal setting out the objections to the by-law and the reasons in support of the objection and must be accompanied by the prescribed appeal fee required by the Tribunal made payable to the Minister of Finance. The Appeal must also be accompanied by the completed Ontario Land Tribunal Appeal Form available from the OLT website at olt.gov.on.ca. Only individuals, corporations and public bodies may appeal the by-law to the OLT. An unincorporated association or group may not file a Notice of Appeal. However, a Notice of Appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or the group on its behalf.
