Overall, sales in the town were down, from 83 in May to 72 last month, and the average price of all home types in Halton Hills also dipped, according to the report. In June, the average price of a home in Halton Hills was $1,179,660, down from $1,269,171 in May. When it comes to detached homes, the decline is greater, according to the report. T home in Halton Hills last month sold for $1,303,862, a 10 per cent drop from May when a tached home here sold for $1,441,793.
