Sugared Tank A Georgetown man complained to 11 Division police that an unknown suspect put sugar in his gas tank sometime during the first week of October, causing him to pay for a new fuel filter. His vehi- cle was parked on Main Street South. Hit and Run A hit and run early last Saturday morning at Clayhill Road and 9th Line caused more than $700 dam- age to a suspect’s vehicle, a light standard and a retaining wall. He will appear in Milton court. Public Mischief Charge An 57-year-old Acton man has been charged after an incident involving impaired driving last Sunday. Around 3:30 p.m. the accused was was involved in a minor accident at Willow and Bower Streets in Acton, police said. Twenty minutes later police located the accused at his resi- dence. According to police reports the man was highly intoxicated and wanted to report his car “stolen.” After further investigation he was arrested and taken for a breathalyz- er. He is charged with public mis- chief and will appear in Milton court.
