HAPPY BIRTHDAY TONY FROM THE STAFF AT HALTON HILLS VET CLINIC Costea announces retirement Citing health concerns, town administrator Dan Costea has sub- mitted his retirement notice to Mayor Russ Miller and Halton Hills Town Council. On Monday Costea revealed that he has a "heart condition" that has started to cause him some concern. "I have really been feeling the stress (of the job) in the last 12 months,” the administrator said. "I want to be able to enjoy my retire- ment.’ In a letter to the mayor dated January 4 of this year, Costea wrote, in part: “It is with a certain degree of mixed feelings and regret that I advise you, at this time, of my plans to retire from my position as Town A for the family life, come to this most diffi- cult decision,” Costea said in his letter. Costea, who has held the top Town of Halton Hills, effective June 30, 1993.” He said his resignation came with some reluctance because of a number of projects which he would like to see through to completion.
