Schools get provincial grants By Wendy Long Smi Last month, in January, Minister scheduled by the end of March, of Education Tony Silipo announced that $14 million will be provided to central Ontario school boards for various improvement projects through the government’s jobsOntarioCapital fund. The Halton Hills schools that are affected by these measures are McKenzie-Smith Middle School in Acton and Holy Cross in Georgetown.
