Some of the nominees for the Youthful include: trainer-driver John Kopas’ talented Jate Lobell colt, Make A Face; trainer Rheal Bourgeois’ Big Talent, winner of Greenwood’s Snowshoe Series; trainer Bob Young’s Mount Nemo, named for the small hamlet on the Guelph Line between Lowville and Burlington. The Princess Pacing Series for the sophomore Division of the fair- er sex is scheduled for April 18 and 15, with the $60,000 final swinging in behind the starting gate on May. 2. The Mohawk Pacing Series, also for three-year-olds, is featured on Sundays in the month of May, with the $80,000 final going postward on Sunday, May 23. For the second successive year; Mohawk will host a Drivers Charity Challenge competition. This will take place on Sunday, April 18 and include the circuit’s top drivers as well as some of Hoof Beats "ee North Aimerica’s best, in this drive for charity.
