Three Mother’s Day gift baskets to be won. Full details on entry posters available in down- town stores. The dates for this year’s Pioneer Days are June 17, 18 & 19. The theme, ‘Downtown Georgetown Salutes the Wild West’. Our committee for this event is very busy working on some teally great ideas and are planning for a weekend packed with something for everyone. If your non-profit group would like to participate in Pioneer Days, contact the commit- tee chair, Loree Calhoun at 873- 9162. Two great shows are being pre- sented at the John Elliott Theatre this month. Private lives (April 21, 22, 23, 24.) and A Breath Of Scotland * (April 26.). Some information about parking downtown: All parking is ‘free’ after 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday, all day Sunday and, all day every. day in December. . All on-street meters have a2 hour parking limit. The money collected from the parking meters is used toward the maintenance, upkeep, snow removal and land leases for ‘free’ municipal parking lots-in all areas of the town.
