Dan Costea, town administrator, will be retiring and Ray King, town treasur- er, will be taking over. Councillor Norm Elliot, chair of the interviewing committee, announced the decision Tuesday evening at the municipal council meeting. The 18-year-old clerk, who reported the robbery, has been charged with public mischief and theft under $1,000.
